Stock Availability
We keep stock at our warehouse in Longwell Green, Bristol, we also keep fast moving stock at our distribution centre in Kingswood, Bristol, we are however limited in space and only keep small quantities of items that are slow sellers.
Due to Google search algorithms we sometimes find ourselves in a situation where we have large exposure to our slower selling products and stock can be depleted literally over night, in this situation we can order products from our supplier and stock will be replenished quite quickly, our supplier may also be in a situation where they have nil stock and we are at the mercy of their replenishment process.
In the event that we have no stock of a certain item we will immediately contact our supplier to check for availability with them,
if they have stock available we will order immediately and let you know of the delay giving you the option to cancel the order or await for stock to arrive,
in the event the supplier has no stock and we have an ETA for delivery to them we will contact you and advise the date the item should be with us,
again you will have the option to cancel the order or await receipt,
if the supplier has no stock and no ETA we will contact you and advise you to cancel, we will inform you when the item is available,
in this situation do not feel obliged to purchase from us it is a courtesy email and an apology for not being able to meet your needs when required, of course the decision will always be yours.
